About The Role

Tilia Homes has an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team within our Central Region.  The role will be based from our office in Solihull and is on a 6 month fixed term contract.

The purpose of this role is to resolve supplier invoice queries.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Adding quantities to orders with site approval;
  • Running hold reports;
  • Analysing reports for duplicate invoices;
  • Matching orders to invoices and good receiving notes;
  • Sending queries with goods not on order to local buyers;
  • Obtain Good Received Notes (GRNs) from site in a (minimum) weekly basis, chasing returns where necessary;
  • Receipt goods in Oracle eBS by entering GRNs against purchase orders in Oracle eBS;
  • Liaise with Site Managers, procurement department and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently;
  • Notify deliveries without a purchase order or incomplete purchase order to the procurement department and site team;
  • Promote discipline in good receiving and accurate recording of deliveries by sites;
  • Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management.

About You

  • Working knowledge of construction and different types of materials would be advantageous;
  • COINS experience would be beneficial;
  • Oracle eBS experience would be beneficial;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills;
  • Good Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential;
  • Accurate and confident in written and verbal communication skills;
  • Background in Accounts Payable would be advantageous.
