We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a friendly team working from our Western region and based at our site in Bovey Tracey (TQ13 9JX) on a Permanent Basis. The site is due to open in May 2026.
Acquired with full planning consent, the site will deliver 66 new homes through untypical’s Tilia Homes brand. The development will include three custom-build plots and 20 affordable homes, supporting a mix of housing needs within the local community.
The Bovey Tracey scheme will feature a range of one- to five-bedroom homes, built using timber-frame construction and designed with sustainability at the forefront. Homes will be equipped with air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points, while biodiversity enhancements will include bird and bat boxes and hedgehog highways to protect and enhance local wildlife.
