About The Role

We have a new vacancy for an Executive Assistant. This post will primarily support Group Directors across the business. The post will also have close involvement with our team of Group Business Administrators.

This post could be based from commutable distance of any of our regional offices in Solihull, Bedford, Bury St. Edmunds or Exeter.

Aim of the role

You will act as a trusted partner to Group Directors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating strategic focus.

 
Responsibilities and Duties:

  Executive Support

  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for board meetings and senior leadership sessions
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Preparation of documents for signature
  • Expense management
  • Manage email inbox and filter appropriately
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
 Communication & Liaison
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Group Directors and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft and review correspondence, ensuring accuracy and tone align with company standards
  • Coordinate communication across departments to ensure timely delivery of information
Event & Meeting Coordination
  • Plan and noterise executive-level meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Ensure all logistics are managed effectively, including venue, catering, and materials.
  • Participate in events outside of standard office hours

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Professional, approachable, and adaptable
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and manage complex schedules
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • Knowledge of the housebuilding or construction industry is desirable but not essential
