The site manager, Dan has worked extremely hard to look after us, and without a doubt, he has treated us as ‘family’. Dan has gone over and beyond, in terms of support and kindness. He is the most professional and dedicated site manager I have ever come across. Dan and his brilliant team (very courteous site workers), will ensure that you settle in to your new home quickly and effortlessly. We are humbled by their commitment and support.

There is a lovely ‘community’ feel to the site here at Cashmere Park. The whole team of site workers and after sales team have a really positive work ethic. They really do care. It shows in their upbeat and thoughtful support. The site workers are friendly, respectful and polite.

The aftersales team have been efficient and responsive in their communications. They are a very kind and patient team, and their input into my move has been greatly appreciated.

And I do have to mention the pre-sales team again; phenomenal as ever in their support and enthusiasm- Stacey and Alana.

All in all, I thoroughly recommend Tilia Homes. This is has been my most stress-free, supportive and enjoyable move ever.

The development is in a great location, close to my family and friends, and the property prices are reasonable. I also made use of some flexible financial initiatives, which allowed me to have flooring installed in my three-bedroom, semi-detached Coleridge home before I even got the keys, which was a huge help.

We moved into our lovely new house in November 2022. We have nothing but praise for the sales team at Landimore Park, Northampton (Alex and Charlie) and also Darren, the Site Manager. They went above and beyond and kept us up to date with the sales process. The house was finished to a high standard. Have no complaints. If there were any snagging issues, they were dealt with quickly. Would recommend.

From the start when I was looking around at different areas to purchase my first home I was mostly impressed with the greeting we received compared to others.

Since then I have had brilliant customer service throughout my purchase. Especially in the difficult times during COVID 19. Since having moved in to my home the support has continued.
