We’re proud to recognise the dedication and commitment of our Armed Forces, which is why we offer an initiative designed to show our appreciation.
When you buy a Tilia home, you can receive £500 off for every £25,000 spent on your new home.
Our Armed Forces Discount is designed to give a little back and help towards some of the costs that come with moving, whether that’s putting money towards moving expenses, temporary accommodation or helping make your purchase more affordable.
How Much Could You Save?
Here is an example of how the Armed Forces Discount could work for you.
If you buy a home priced at £250,000, you could receive a £5,000 discount.
That means:
- £250,000 divided by £25,000 = 10
- 10 x £500 = £5,000
- Final purchase price = £245,000
How It Works
Our Armed Forces Discount is available to eligible members of the Armed Forces who meet our qualifying criteria.
To apply, you will need to be currently employed by the Armed Forces at the time of purchase and provide three months of payslips as proof of employment.
Many buyers use the discount to help with moving costs, temporary accommodation, furnishing their new home or covering legal and professional fees.
