When Becky Tse and Ricky Rai decided to relocate their family from Hong Kong to England, they did what every person does: research, research research.

After looking into several cities, they settled on moving Norwich, a decision based on the fantastic environment, education facilities, and being ranked as one of the safest cities in England. When the time came to buy after renting, they looked around number of schemes around the city before visiting the Roundhouse Gate development, in Cringleford.

Both Becky and Ricky were delighted with how quickly the deal came together, reserving the property at the start of September, they exchanged at the start of October. Ricky and Becky moved in over Christmas, and they have spent the new year making their new house a home.

I have friends dotted throughout the UK and the ability to get on the A11 has also been a huge benefit, as it is important that they stay connected with the Hong Kong community.”

While the cold weather has come as a little bit of a shock, the country walks available close by around the UEA grounds have come as a pleasant distraction from the frost.
