We have an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Trainee to join our talented team. This is a degree level course that combines practical experience and study towards a formal qualification, it's a fantastic way to begin a career in a sought after role.

• A role designed to offer you the relevant experience, development opportunities and exposure to senior leadership, enabling you to become a strategic land manager/land manager within 2 years
• Supporting land search and land acquisition processes including travelling to view sites
• Completing detailed planning research and evaluation to help secure immediate and strategic land opportunities

• Relevant experience in discipline related to UK Land, Real Estate or Town Planning is essential.
• Interest in buying and selling land for residential development and other uses
• Willingness and keenness to learn
• Possess strong commercial acumen to achieve business results
• Good understanding of Microsoft office suite – outlook, excel and word
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
