Talk to us to find out more

Our teams will be able to tell you the different criteria you need to meet to be eligible for Armed Forces Discount. For example, you must be employed by the armed forces, listed at the time of buying your new home and be able to provide 3 months’ worth of payslips that clearly state that you work in one of these services.

Speak to a mortgage advisor

As well as visiting the Tilia Homes development you’re interested in, we recommend you speak with an independent financial or mortgage advisor, who will be able to find the best rates and ensure you’re in the best position to purchase the house you want.
