Select your new home

Browse our website to find a development in the location you’d like to live. Choose a home that best suits your requirements and get in touch with the sales team to make an appointment. Tell them you’re interested in our Part Exchange initiative.

Arrange your valuations

We will arrange valuations of your property with reputable local estate agents at times convenient to you. They will assess the selling price of the property, not its asking price. If you accept a valuation, Tilia Homes will become the buyer of your existing home.

We’ll then instruct our solicitors to arrange a survey on your existing home and should all go to plan, we’ll put the wheels in motion to buy it. You’ll need to instruct your legal representative, too, as we’ll arrange the sale of your new home at the same time.

Once a sale has been agreed, the purchase of your new Tilia home can proceed and pay the standard reservation fee.
