Going… going… gone at Simpson Park!

Tilia Homes Northern has today announced that all homes at its sought-after Simpson Park development, in Haworth, have now been sold.

The 125-home development first opened its doors in 2019 and has since welcomed first-time buyers, families, and downsizers alike, into the range of three- and four-bedroom homes, proving there was something for everyone on the property ladder.

Emily Horn, Sales and Marketing Director for Tilia Homes Northern, comments: “We’ve been overwhelmed by the incredible response from our buyers at this wonderful development. We’re thrilled to have sold the final homes at the popular Simpson Park and proud of the already established community that continues to grow and thrive.

“As sad as we will be to close the chapter at Simpson Park, we’re excited to be leaving behind our new homeowners who have chosen to call this beautiful development home and are building a brand-new community.”

Like all Tilia Homes developments, Simpson Park’s location was expertly selected thanks to its proximity to local amenities and facilities including shops and supermarkets, eateries and schools and healthcare facilities.

Simpson Park is also conveniently located close to the A1 motorway and Doncaster train station, ideal for those working in cities nearby, while being nestled in the idyllic countryside.

As part of its commitment to building more than just houses, community-focused homebuilder Tilia Homes has made contributions of more than £300,000 towards education infrastructure.

“While the doors have officially closed at Simpson Park, we still have a selection of homes at a range of other developments across Yorkshire, including those at The Bluebells at Tanton Fields, in Stokesley and Hambleton Chase, in Easingwold.

“Like Simpson Park, these developments have been designed and built with quality, community and convenience in mind, making them perfect for all buyers, whether you’re starting on your property buying journey or searching for your forever home.

“I’d recommend anyone interested in our homes to head to the relevant development and location pages on our brand-new website to find out more on the range of homes available and the flexible financial support initiatives we have to help all buyers,” adds Emily.
