Luxury homes sell out at popular Plymouth development

Tilia Homes Western has today announced the exciting news that all homes at its exclusive 38-property development, The Oaks, off Pinewood Drive, in Woolwell, have now all sold.

The development, popular for its beautiful landscaping and luxury three and four-bedroom homes, first opened its doors in 2019 and has been a firm favourite with first-time buyers, families and those looking for their forever homes.

Emma Cotterill, Sales and Marketing Director for Tilia Homes Western, comments: “The Oaks really is a beautiful development and we have very much enjoyed creating homes and a community that our homeowners are proud to be a part of.

“We understand we’re leaving a legacy at The Oaks and hope everyone enjoys creating memories to last a lifetime.”

As part of its commitment to building communities as well as properties, Tilia Homes has made contributions of more than £400,000 to local facilities and infrastructure, including more than £120,000 toward education provisions and £150,000 towards road and highways management, as well as £130,000 towards youth and offsite play areas.

While the doors have officially closed at The Oaks, Tilia Homes has a selection of homes at a range of other developments across the South West, including those at Teign View, in Kingsteignton, Cashmere Park, in South Molton, Snowdon Grange, in Chard, Knights Meadow in Templecombe and Brook Manor in Alphington.

“Like all Tilia Homes’ developments, The Oaks was carefully selected thanks to its proximity to excellent amenities and facilities, as well as convenient transport links, which made it ideal for commuters working in the heart of the city.

“I’d recommend anyone interested in our homes to head to the relevant development and location pages on our brand-new website to find out more on the range of homes available and the flexible financial support initiatives we have to help all buyers,” adds Emma.
