Tilia Homes unveils Devon-inspired new show home on second phase of Teign View

The Kingsteignton community can now visit the brand-new show home and marketing suite on phase two of Teign View, on Vicarage Hill.

The five-bedroom, Blakeney show home, designed by interiors specialists Clayton and Company, has been inspired by the beautiful countryside surrounding East Devon and the Teign Estuary, from which the development takes its name.

The new phase of Teign View will comprise of 48 properties, including an affordable homes provision to meet demand for spacious homes in the Kingsteignton area.

Emma Cotterill, Sales and Marketing Director at Tilia Homes Western, comments: “We’re delighted to have moved into our new marketing suite and unveil our brand-new show home, which really does capture the luxurious and scenic feel we’ve worked hard to create here at Teign View – this really is such a beautiful spot, with breath-taking views of the local countryside and Estuary.

“We wanted to represent the pride the local community has for nature and its beautiful scenery, which is why the colour palette inside our new show home is soft and muted. With earthy textures and water tones throughout, we’re proud to go one step further in cementing Teign View and our homes in such strong heritage.

“It’s so important that our developments and homes embody what’s important to the local community and reflect its proud heritage, and the properties and landscaping at Teign View is no different.”

Launched in 2021, Teign View is a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with prices ranging from £340,000 to £750,000. The development offers the best of both town and countryside living with it being perfectly situated by the Teign Estuary, with easy access to Kingsteignton town centre just three minutes away.

Kingsteignton has convenient travel connections with easy access to Exeter, Torquay and Newton Abbot all under 30 minutes away via A38 and A380. Newton Abbot train station is just six minutes away and a regular bus service is also available in the town with routes to local villages.

For families, the local area has a wide choice of schools to pick from ranging from primary to university level education, including Kingsteignton Primary School just one mile away from the Teign View development. Other schools include Teign Secondary School, Exeter College and Exeter University.
