1. Move quickly to benefit from Stamp Duty savings
Back in the summer, the Chancellor introduced a temporary Stamp Duty holiday on all properties priced at £500,000 or less in England, offering potential savings of up to £15,000. The tax break is due to come to an end on 31st March and you need to have completed on your house sale by that date to qualify.

2. Follow the guidelines

3. Research remotely
Online is the best place to start your property search. Our brochures and house floor plans can all be viewed on our website and we are happy to have a detailed telephone call to discuss your home search before you visit. We also have a number of virtual property tours online so that you can view our showhomes from the comfort of your own home.
4. Book an appointment
When it’s time to visit our developments, we’ll book you an exclusive appointment so you’ll have the peace of mind of being the only family in our sales offices. We’ll adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times and visitors are free to take unaccompanied tours of our showhomes.
