You will find everything you need just a short walk or drive away. Firstly, the Newport Retail Park is located to the North-East of Nova Place and is easily accessible on foot. Here you will find a selection of shops including Screwfix, Wynnstay Stores, your nearest supermarkets, Aldi, Lidl and M&S Simply Food, eateries such as McDonald's and Subway and a BP garage. Newport town centre is less than a mile away, via Station Road and is home to a selection of small shops and eateries. Nearby Stafford and Telford, accessible by car using the A518 in either direction or using public transport, provide shopping centres jam packed with high street names, dining and activities for all the family to enjoy.

Travel & commuting

The market town of Newport is well connected for commuters travelling by car or public transport. With the A518 just off the developments Swaledale Avenue, you are within easy reach of the M54, joining the M6 motorway, bringing much of Shropshire and further afield within easy reach.

Take the stress out of travelling with Shifnal train station and Telford train station both just a 17 minute drive away.
