Tilia Homes Eastern celebrates launch of Kings Park

Tilia Homes Eastern has marked the New Year by opening the doors to its eagerly anticipated Kings Park development, in Cottenham.

In a bid to meet growing demand and interest from house hunters in the local area, the team will be available to visit at its interim sales and marketing cabin suite, where they will be on hand to answer any questions and discuss the flexible financial initiatives to help make buying a new home as easy as possible.

Just eight miles outside the picturesque Cambridge, Kings Park will reflect the rural countryside location through landscaped gardens and open spaces, as well as a wildflower meadow for residents of every generation to enjoy.

As part of its commitment to the Cottenham community, Tilia Homes has pledged more than £1.6m in investment to local councils to support healthcare, education and road infrastructure in the area. The eco-conscious developer has further pledged its commitment to reducing CO2 on site by 10 per cent by using fabric first and renewable materials on at least 45 dwellings.

David Thomas, Sales and Marketing Director for Tilia Homes Eastern, comments: “The launch of Kings Park allows us to showcase the quality and character of our Tilia homes. This is more than just a selection of houses; the development has been designed with a real sense of community in mind. From the types of homes and commuter links into Cambridge and further afield, to green open spaces and play area for children, we’re proud to offer something for those looking to take their first plunge onto the property ladder or families looking for much-needed extra space.”

With Les King Wood, Giants Hill and Rampton Park, as well as OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ rated schools, including Cottenham Village Primary School just a short distance away, the location is ideally situated for prospective homeowners looking for an idyllic setting to put down roots and enjoy what the strong community and surrounding area has to offer.

“We understand what a beautiful location this is and we’ve made sure we keep the essence of the spectacular countryside front of mind when designing the properties and surrounding landscape,” added David.

“From first-time buyers looking to take the plunge onto the property ladder to growing families alike, there really is something for everyone at Kings Park and, if initial interest is anything to go by, we don’t expect these homes to be available for long.
